mainly torrents, from time to time also eMule (for small programs and music)

usenet as first option and emule if it's not available there.

Bittorrent

Bittorrent (wich btw is not exactly a network) and DC++ (same here ... not a network)

Also, DC networks and regular p2p like limewire.
