I like mininova and tvtorrents. I do also like to download from uknova and diwana for other british flicks or series.
I have heard that torrentleech is one of the best however, never got any invites to that site yet... :)
when your acc gets month old, go to trading invites section and check if there's free tl invites, it's prety often.
i get everything on demonoid..i love that site..
how come Revolution gets no love? this site is pretty awesome
Public trackers: eztv for tv, torrentz.com as a meta search site, searching [name] torrent in google as a last resort.

there's lots of different categories for trackers but i really spend the most time on oink. although maybe that's because it was my first private tracker
