I called Microsoft today and declared my stupidity to some lady who didn't really understand English, which was good. She gave me a new passkey over the phone, but wasn't sure of her Phonetic Alphabet, so it was mostly jumblised words = *.

I recommend any bored soul to call them. Just don't do it more than twice, or they will charge you £35!!!1 :mellow:
