Thats a hard one, but I'm going to have to go with transformers, only because I cant stand toby mcguire.

Venom sounds kickass though.

LOL, to me, there wasn't even a comparison between the two. Spiderman 3 is definitely the one I would choose since I always thought the Transformer cartoon was a bit corny...
