yes they do

my good friend has 15 sct invites, he does not give them out because he does not know anybody that would be worth an invite, nor does he trade

Alot of ppl still have invites from the birthday giveaway 5 months ago. I've gotten 6 invites over the past month. There are alot out there, i think.

it seems that a lot of ScT users have invites, but hardly anyone wants to trade them... i think that the reason for this is that they already have everything what they need :)
