my boot up is fast. Maybe on a machine that has loads of shit it may be a long boot up. printer, mouse & norton is all I have loading.
just checked out Kaspersky Internet Security and I don't see ad blocker on the list:

EDIT: it appears it's under the ant-spy section. How effective is it? Does it block all unwanted banners and such?
With Anti spy enabled, coupled with Firefox and Adblock Plus I'm pretty happy . :)Quote:

kaspersky doesnt serve as a firewall does it...
