It's not about being helpful, it's about respecting the rules of trackers that don't want their names or urls mentioned in any forum.

I think he did this with his best , if its useless or not only the mods can say that, but dont minimize his work...

Possibly a dated cut and paste as well. I am sure he was just trying to help, but he has to be new with the private tracker code of conduct. As it is a cut and paste job, maybe reference to a source as well.
