I'm not great with RSS yet, but I'm learning. I have a reader & live bookmarks, but it doesn't auto notify me. I have to manually refresh the reader, which is rather pointless.

Right now I'm averaging between 15-25 GB/day. Perhaps I'm just not on enough torrents? I'll have to see if I can improve it.
