What site has the fastest releases?

TS-Tracker is quite fast at german TV stuff.

FTN is the best :)

Also PT sometimes is very fast

TL seems to be pretty quick, ScT used to be, but a few uploaders have gone now so its not so fast.

Combination of FTN & SCT works for me ;)
