no, that was simply the vps he had, it doesn't mean you'll be banned as they're assigned randomly.

I think you can see that info in utorrent peers tab

Heh lee's been dc'ing people for a long time, not sure why he only dc's some people though.

maybe some are using forced encryption and some are not?

You can connect to peers from other trackers (could be public), some could have sent a DMCA letter to leeware.

This had to happen long time, from the BitComet’s dht leaks and subsequent bans. Now almost all private trackers allow the use of clients that respect the privacy flag and not having dht leaks.
