RTS disabled again!!

i login from a different IP every time I visit. I have no probelms :blink:

hi..
my problem is even worst.. when ever i tried to download a torrent from RTS into my utorrent, the next thingy i know, i got banned..as the systems is saying that i am cheating which i did not at all.. luckly, the admins know my problem and re-enable my account for now..

anyone has identical problem?? i would need to solve the problem before i could really be using my RTS
