It depends on the genre and the taste. I love such weirdos like Buckethead or Les Claypool (on bass). Pat Metheny, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Hendrix, Muddy Waters, Al Di Meola, Zakk Wylde, Tsuneo Imahori...they are my favourites, true legends.

:ermm: I guess no one has heard or seen Jeff Beck play? He doesn't even use a guitar pick. :D
