We are talking about content/pre/speed right?

I vote 9 for that.

the site is probably the best for pre times, but their speed isnt fast like sct but i will give it a 9 maybe 10 if they get even better speeds.

Speeds is good also... i had sometimes more then 3 mb/s.

It should be [10] , IMO
