I suppose just leeching straight away on a newly uploaded torrennt that you can tell will be popular (eg, heroes packs). And seed until you've uploaded more than you've downloaded. Or, you might have to consider renting a seedbox, or trading something for sharing one.

leech the scene releases from another site(ex. TL or where you have a big buffer) and then seed it on sct.
