apparently his IP address was flagged @ bmtv, because he got banned @ bmtv within hours of joining, and his inviter got banned too. He'd been banned there for cheating on at least two other accounts. (ISHAN/ISHAN1989/CNCROCKERPLAYER/CNCPLAYER). It seems that his IP range is flagged and all new accounts signing up in those ranges are examined by staff, and not just at bitmetv, but at several trackers
