I found them in various signatures. Some of them I had saved on my computer. I don't know where they all got them though...
Most of these can be found when you are going to make a post in the smiley page section of the site that you are looking for. ;)

Actually I've found a lot of sites don't have them...
I've checked tons of smilies.php but not much luck.
Some of these here are customized.
