wait ..so when exactly is Waffles.fm open in GMT time ??? i know on Oct 31 but around what times and open for how long ?? anyone got this info ?

what.cd desperately needs more members, 8753 torrents but no one is downloading them, the place is stagnant. There's no point in uploading without downloaders.
waffles.fm is an unknown quantity, if it's on a proper server and gets 40k+ users, maybe.
other gets my vote for now ... if Oink came back, no contest.
