I have an old pentium 166 that's still running like a champ. I use it as a server computer most of the time, but it runs windows 2000 beautifully, and not that slow. 192 mb ram, 3gb hdd, 4mb shared video memory, impressive right? I use as a dedicated p2p download computer sometimes too. It's networked with my other pc's so when things are done coming in on it's 768 kilobit line I just transfer them to the others. Runs like lightning I tell ya!

yeh "3rd gen noob" i had a similar PC (Packard Bell):
100mhz Pentium
96mb ram (originaly came w/ 8mb)
1gb HD
the sound and modem were on the SAME CARD :lol:
Win98 (came w/ 95)
-WHAT A POS :lol:
But 3 years ago i got a NEW comp:
Emachine:
533mhz Celeron
256mb 133mhz ram (came w/ 32mb)
7.5gb and 20gb HD (came w/ the 7.5gb)
intergrated EVERY THING
-A LITTLE BIT BETTER POS
i really want to get a new comp but i dont have any money.

I saw a computer with 10MB HARD DRIVE SPACE.
It was mac. Monitor was like 9"
My science teacher was giving them out for free. Nobody wanted it :lol:
My dad has a BBC microcomputer from the 80s (or was it 70s). I tried some basic programming on it but got bored because the tape recorder didn't work and the ram just wiped every time you switched it off so I couldn't save my programs.
