Wow.. too hard to narrow down top 3 of 2007, but off the top of my head:

Shinichi Osawa - Star Guitar because it's a lovely electro pop Chemical Brothers song with Au Revoir Simone on vocals
Justice - Phantom II (Boys Noize Remix) because it makes me go crazy when I hear it in a club
Dusty Kid - The Cat same as above
Daft Punk - Live Encore (or Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger Live if it has to be released.) because Daft Punk live was the most incredible performance I've ever seen :-D

edit: Had to included Digitalism - Pogo because it's my username and probably the most feelgood catchy tune I've heard in a long time.

I am in and I love it! Elektronik rulz! Very hard to seed (mighty high speed Romanian Internet), but it pays off, b/c content is amazing!

It's not that hard to seed,just grab new stuff and let it come to a decent ratio.
