Most bang for your buck is definetly Usenet a.k.a. Newsgroups. Your download speeds are always maxed out and you don't have to upload anything. For a $15/month unlimited account I can download at least 3 TB on my connection.

I vote for Bitsoup. $25 for 400gb is hard to beat. Most of the d/l speeds are pretty fast, but occasionally they are a little slow. Overall, they have a good selection and a supportive staff, and a friendly community of over 100,000.

if i really had to, i would go for usenet or topsites. best part about topsites is you can request any scene rls and it gets filled
