Not hard. The 3rd one down says "create your free animated avatar" along with hundreds of other like http://www.avatargenerator.org/ or www.avatarmaker.in/ or http://www.degraeve.com/avatars/. I got all that without even trying. Doesn't take a savant to copy & paste. Im not doubting he could make an avatar and if he did make it well then good for him. Im just saying it's odd.
