HDBits has an invite-section. There aren't giveaways there, but you can request...

KG have a pinned topic for invites with 2,188 posts.

It is where I got almost all the invites I wanted anyway. As usual, if you make your first post in the invite thread to ask for invites, your chance are rather thin. But if you are a contributing member of both forums and trackers, many people will fill almost any requests you may have :)

I offer my invites there all the time myself.

Nice to know. ChristianTorrents has a nice selection but it's offers only for PU+.

A couple other sites do that, and I like that method. If you're allowed to ask, then the thread would be pummelled with requests - especially for rarer trackers. Being a power user at least shows you can be a good sharer at that particular site too.
