eset smart security is the best :)
i use KIS and it's working perfectly
I tried bit defender, but it really slowed down my system. Now i'm back with avast.
Use Kaspersky AntiVirus 7.0.0.125 dd . Work perfect for me. Just from time to time find on net right keys and everything is great !
use symantec,i think tats the best
i am not talking about symantec corp's norton AV.there is another AV,just symantec
Kaspersky gets my vote
I am also having some trouble with Nod connecting to the network when updating. I installed 3.0.621 and got the same problem. so I installed the business edition (3.0.621) and again the same problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Can anyone suggest something?
(and yea, I can't contact eset for support, if you're wondering...)
If you do not have any top-secret government files, or store your entire financial repertoire on your PC, and are fairy computer-savvy, you do not really need an anti-virus or even a firewall. I only think Anti-Virus programs are for those people who do not understand the internet and click popups that say things like.."FREE LAPTOPS/NAKED BOOBS" while downloading 2KB EXE files all the live long day. You just have to be smart about your internet surfing and downloading habits. Do not download things that have 1012091092 seeds and are 2KB in size. Read comments posted about things you are downloading. If you are use Firefox and keep your operating system up to date, there is no reason why you should get a virus from using the internet.
At least in my experience anti-virus programs that are on "auto-protect" take up massive amounts of system resources. Just for your computer to fire them up when logging on makes your computer want to explode.
KAV+Bitdefender for sure !!!!!!! NOD32 is for user who cannot use the 2 first cited antivirus :D
