I find SCC to be the best for pre-times :P
SCC and ScT are best easily. ST ain't too shabby, neither is ftn. I don't know what you are on about with TL, that is not a quick pre times, and all the same leech speeds are slow.
For me is SCC coz i don't have another great sites like SCT or FTN,etc.:(
most of the time, sct is fastest; although, i'm not a member of scc
th0r scc only needs a small tweak and ftn and i know it will kick sct ass any day on pre!!
SCC is the fastest one when it comes to pre times. This has been asked many times and the answer still the same
