How am I mean, it&#39;s perfectly serious, these are the things I do.

Good quality fresh OJ and mineral water, replace the fluids and Vitamin C. If you can manage a couple of pints it&#39;s ideal.

The flat cola is another way to re-hydrate it&#39;s a similar idea to the mineral drinks the doctor prescribes. Ask someone who has a reasonable knowledge of first aid.

Flat lager is actually quite good as well, believe it or not. The reason flat is better is that the fizz can make you feel sick again. It also puts a wee bit of alcohol back in your body, which cushions the blow.

I use cola because I can´t face the alcohol in the morning. It is also a bit stupid if you have to drive.

Now, there&#39;s an even more simple solution to your hangover problems: just plain old sleeping it off&#33;


A method I use almost every week-end. ;)

The only cure is a couple of pints of water before you sleep, hangovers are to do with dehydration........the only other way is what I do.........instead of coffee first thing...................whiskey :lol: B)
