I dont think they block utorrent.exe ex cuz ı used keymacmine vps and there was same problem cuz hardware isnot enought good you can see utorrent at task manager when utorrent will crash cpu is driving crazy ;) cuz you are downloading max connection soo if you dont wanna crash you can limit yor download like 5MBsn :)
