Couldnt care less tbh. Every person who cares about to whom he is giving invites will check his past posts to know with who he is dealing with. Ppl who dont check his history are only after +1 rep so they can get better invites later so why should i bother reporting him. He did nothing wrong to me+i dont see anywhere that faking speedtests and proofs is against the rules, if it is he would be banned long time ago.
