Why Torrents

ftn doesn't have ratios anymore so its basically like freeleech all the time! :w00t:

I just came across cheggit open signups while looking for free pr0n and thought it was pretty cool. I never really thought of trying any other method, since I like the protocol is designed.

I like the torrent community...

well it depends really, if you've got a rapidshare acct there's way more stuff available on rapidshare than any torrent site for obvious reasons since thousands of people upload to that, but for scene releases which you need immediately, good packs then torrents are better. Rapidshare is also essentially a free leech all the time, neither is better just depends on the files you need, older tv shows I'll go rapidshare if I can find links for them since you can dl gigs and gigs worth and not have to worry about seeding back to a minimum of 1.

Bittorrent is the shit! Why not really?
You can download a whole chunk of data so much faster. It's fast, easy and free. If only some ISP would stop to throttle with bittorrent activity.
Rapid share is nice but not as good.
