you can THEORETICALLY get an acc on sct that has 200mb downloaded and 10tb upped, WITHOUT BEING AN UPLOADER. A lot of ppl with a box, might dl a brand new rls. from lets say.... SCC and then download the torrent file form 5 other trackers like sct, recheck it and seed. This way, you seed a file without dl'ing from TL and without uploading there in this OP's case. As far as TL goes, it is certainly possible. As far as this user's acc, I have no idea how legit this is.

TL is easy to remain good ratio (=cheap)
if it is SCT hdbits or waffles,will make more sense than TL
