Surely if someone need to built him/her ratio firstly you should help to him/her :)

If it is allowed I would be most grateful if I could buffer
PTN or iTS or both.
As you know both of these do not have a true ratio system, so to be honest I would just like to advance in class.

Whats the problem with TD? Even with my old connection (128 kb/s up) it wasn't THAT hard to seed back...
