What happened to elitetorrents and later to oink should have teached something, on a secure site there should be no doubts about prosecution even if the CIA took a dd image of the drives...

And what about account newer then that ? (like mine)

Is there any possibility to "recover" them ?

Like showing the invite confirmation email or the inviter vouch...idk something...

If your invite expires then your inviter should get it back. Ask him to reinvite u, once the site is up.

but this question is realy important:
my acc is about 5 weeks old (last real invites round with the invites on donation of 5dollars)...
are those accounts backed up? and what about the even newer ones?
hopefully everything will be fine after all this trouble :)

I was stupid enough to delete my invite confirmation email. I just hope my inviter word is enough or my inviter get the invite back to send me again.

btw...my account only had a few hours when this happened :(
