Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
I have never used Waffles, and only recently joined What, but I have found What to be superior to what my experience with Oink was, which I had had my doubts about... took a few days to get used to Gazelle, but now that I am, I really like it. Hard to imagine that Waffles could really be that much better, if it is at all.
Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
Another feature I'll never use. :/
Good one though.
Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
I have always preferred Waffles...
I may have to check out my What.Cd account and see how much it has changed..

I hope you realise 'topped themselves' means commited suicide. :dabs:

Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
Didn't like what much. Didn't really find what I like. My account got pruned
I prefer Waffles over what but everyone has their preferences so to each their own I suppose.
Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
Any input as to which has a larger volume of music, and how this volume stacks up to that of oink?
Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time

In regards to What, all I can say is that since I've joined, I've done a lot of searches and have only come up empty once, and it was a pretty obscure band that I was searching for that time. I have been pretty impressed thus far.
Comparitively to Oink, from my point of view it seems like they probably have a very comparable selection in amount of albums.. and I would say they offer considerably more in choice of format.
