Grab a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme with a Scythe S-Flex 120mm fan on it, can't go wrong. You might need to lap it though. I personally don't find water cooling worth the trouble.

I have the luck of the draw i think nothing wrong with mine sat flat on my desktop i did know about the problems with thermalright but i took the risk and im glad i did :D

I have an OCZ Vendetta II, keeps my q9950 running beautifully @ 3.83ghz, very happy with it.

Who me? If you're really interested mate I'll run a stress test tomorrow evening and post the temps, can't remember them off hand from when it was originally o/c'd and haven't had a reason really to check since as everything's been well stable.
Oh, and lol, that should obviously have been a q9550 before, not 9950 :lol:
