yeah, tracker checker sucks... the best way to get in a tracker that open signup from time to time is using check4change (firefox add-on).

there is no lists, you must choose a site by yourself. then, you just have to highlite a sentence (or a word) that you know it will change when the site will open signup, for example:

so after highliting the sentence, right click and you just have to choose the delay of refresh. c4c will reload the page until the sentence change/disappear and then bring you the page to the front or alert you with a sound etc...

that's how i got in BCG.
