Tell you what (if you are serious)... Just use one tracker. Choose the best you have. Download lot's of things from other trackers and help seeding on other sites. That will help. I've had less then 1mb up and I'm PU in most of my trackers.
And btw, you are telling us that you're a good user... If you're nearly kicked out of almost every tracker you're at because of ratio you can't be THAT good user. You should know better.
