Well TorrentiT, GFT being a 0day dump is actually a good thing.

But maybe they should reduce the retention of torrents that haven't been snatched in a long time to give an easier load to their auto uploaders.

Not just the porn, but maybe other stuffs too.

1) Things like 0day, imagesets, and mp3 don't get counted towards most tracers.

2) They already asked all tracers to remove them, they really don't care about racing.

3) Go watch any pre channel, you will see a hell of a lot more XXX imagesets and MP3 releases than anything else, you will also see that 99% of the things you see in that prechan are uploaded as well. +1. Pretty much sums up my view. I love the fact that GFT isn't "selective" when it comes to 0day releases. Let the users decide for themselves what they will or won't download.

in fact, in such aspects that's why many people prefer places like FTN or FSC, as the contents most of the times are more selective.

The number of XXX torrents on GFT is a bit overblown IMO. As of this post, out of 9912 total torrents, 2337 torrents are XXX - less than 24% total.

I've no issue with that ... especially considering how much 0day porn is released these days. Within a minute or so of my post, a handful of porn torrents were released. GFT just chooses not to screen that content. And as another poster said, it isn't like GFT is sacrificing non-porn releases.

Just uncheck the porn categories and move on - there are others who still download it.

A large part of it is pre stats. There aren't that many places that pre practically every imageset, therefore if GFT do it bumps them up significantly in pre wins.

From memory i think they were in the top 5, take XXX out of that and they'd probably drop significantly.

^^most useful post till now.GFT gets that much of wins just because of that,but if SCC or SCT went for it,then GFT wont be this good in the pre.....

As I stated before, imagesets do not get counted towards most tracers, for just that reason, they are considered spam releases. Only actual XXX movies get counted, and places like ScT do race those as well.

And as I also stated, GFT doesn't participate in tracers and asked to be removed from all of them, which pretty much bashes your theory of them doing it just to win races, even if they were counted.
