Yeah, pretome is definitely ratio free. It appears to only count your upload. I recently signed up there out of curiosity, and still can't get over at what a gem of a site this is.Quote:

PTN speeds suck,i got 50 kBps avg and max about 160kBps only
im new there, haven't tried any dl's yet (still watching lost season 2), but speeds are something i worried about. im sure 50kbps is exaggerating though, and new torrents are bound to be fast
