It's your firewall preventing it from seeing your true address. All it sees is your ISP proxy.
Well i knew that but sometimes it dosent do that and sometimes it does. WHy?

No, i was talking about my firewall. Sometimes i block my infomation somtimes it dosent. Kinda wierd.
