To the topic starter:

Helping us out would be your best bet. Ie adding or updating the WTO table, making suggestions for the WTAW list, reporting ads right away instead of spamming in the ad thread. You could post news and nzbs as well to get noticed.

Otherwise you'd probably have to become a regular poster on the board, and then you might be recruited eventually to replace other mods as they lose interest and drop off.
