If the core is damaged on the gpu i would say no. If its just a matter of re soldering the components back on i would say yes. (if you had a very very good soldering iron tip and skills.)

hes a dumbass also he pretty much said if you fix it he wants you to give it back and he&#39;ll refund your 25 dollars if he makes that much. so he is trying to sell you a piece of worthless plastic but if you fix it then he exopects you to sell it back to him for 25 dollars i wish i could kick him repeatedly in the head.
