Just do some sport. Doesn't matter what kind of sport, it could be football, tennis, swimming or running.
If you will sweat just a little bit you gonna have a really good night sleep.
For me swimming and is the best sleeping pill. Also running is good. After one hour of running I sleep like a log.
Make sure you're getting plenty of exercise while maintaining the same sleep schedule daily. Even if you don't sleep, get up at the same time every day anyways and repeat. The idea being eventually your body will habitually adjust to it.
