As far as my understanding goes, you can't register on the tracker if your IP is banned. You'll receive a message about being unable to use the invite.

If you already have an account (created on another country/via a proxy), you can use it, though.

are u from india?
are u a member of SCC??
i dont know abt u but i never used any proxy or anything never had any problems with ip on SCC

I think not all Indian IPs are banned. That'd be why.

some indian ip range are banned from signup in scc. that's why if your ip fall in those range, then you can't register.

These rules put me on the ground in some trackers are more difficult to maintain the ratio and are more demanding of guests.
