I missed the boat on these, a few years back I had the chance to pick up a few hundred for a pittance but declined as I thought this would just be another "Online currency" things! Yeah cos that was the right choice! I still think due to it being an internet currency TPTB will do something about it when or if it starts to get ahead of itself!
Bitcoin can't be stopped. It's a global phenomenon that has reached a tipping point. A country or two might ban it, but not the entire world. Not to mention the wall street money that's starting to flow into it.
I tried and tried to read up on Bitcoins, but UGH....to confusing
bit coins should be like prepaid cards available on western union or Walmart .I don`t want to use my credit card to buy `em cuz then i can just use my credit card instead .
Too volatile for me
I cashed out at ~$800. There's no rhyme or reason why the price should even be above $150, let alone over $900.
im regretting it too
Personally, I'm mining altcoins and converting to BTC and then exchanging for cash. My computers are on all the time anyways, so why not make a little bit of money at the same time :D
you will use a ton of electricity but it depends on what you think ill happen to any cryptocurrencies future; with bitcoin unless you use ASICS I think the boat has left the shire. Litecoins are an option still...
