What is the best DVD creating program available?

In my point of view iskysoft DVD creator it is an great purpose of an all DVD burner,and it have no cost!!!

Avoid current versions of Nero (I think anything after 10) as they removed some features including playing and burning DTS audio and also no or weak subtitle management

My brother uses power producer. He is happy with it creating dvds
