doesn't the heatpipe require a fan too? well, we'll see bout the sound thing. it has a speed control. so i'm pretty sure i'll be fine. if u have $20 to spend, which u do ;) , u can donate it to me. then i can buy the heatpipe. but for now, sory. but tell me wat u think bout this one. and if there's any better for under $30. after this, it's wc all the way. but that won't be for another year or so. with this, i can oc a bit more.
