Well I don't get it. The lowest multiplier on that board should be 6 and not 5.25. :blink:

Allright i put back in my old athlon 2100+ and it detected it right away as a 2100 but the multiplier is set to 6.5 now. I must have one really shitty mobo.
Try a bios update, there are a couple which say they are for later cpu detection, although I would have thought any board with nforce2 chipset would support those processors.
Its wierd how it wont detect a 1800 but i put back in the 2100 and what do ya know it detects it.Quote:
