I was more thinking of something bigger.

We can't organise 4-5 parties at the same time, make sure we have a computer and connection, and accomodation in a months time.

We need to wait for the Americans and the Aussies to reply though before we can do anything.

Any ideas for the UK location then?

A few people can stay over at my place then, but we'll be driving, so we can only take 3 back with us
