That as it may be, I could not and will not argue about other methods of 'connection' as I have been too long away from the 'main stream'.
If this is the case then the responsibility should fall on the IP holder to ensure that 'multiple accounts' are not operating through his/her system. If he/she is breaching that trust, then take away that IP access.
This is a good idea, but it doesn't solve the Freeserve/AOL proxy problem
