Who&#39;s to say.

I think the "Hoverport" ruling placed the onus on Customs, not the traveller, to prove it was not personal use.

When returning from the E.U. you no longer make a declaration (red or green channel) you go through the blue channel, for free movement within Europe.

This is my understanding.

the canary islands are just off the coast of africa, and are duty free islands. i am npow waiting till 3.30 when a bus will pick me up and put me on a plane home. be back on the forum circa 3am chaps. missed yous.
