I think Drawing Room is not the way to go..at all. We aren't a bunch of stodgy old men smoking cigars and drinking brandies, we aren't a bunch of frumpy women embroidering or playing the harpsicord.
We are discussing events that occur in our world. Some threads stay on an even keel, some get rough. The image I see in minds eye when I hear drawing room is not this.
Content is the most important thing, though, and I will merrily post away regardless of the name.

I like it because it is a bit "over-the-top" and is a sly way to poke a little fun at ourselves for playing the stodgy "know-it-all".
